Super Saturday

Our Super Saturday this year is on August 20th at 9:00 am.

Remember: This year all the projects are free of charge. Sisters can choose to sign up for all the projects, or can pick and choose which ones they want, but you can only make one of each project signed up for. You will not be able to make multiples of the same project as we have done in years past.

                                COUNTDOWN BLOCKS
(or can be used as Calendar Blocks)
Sign ups due by July 31st.
These can be used to countdown the days until a holiday (such as Christmas) or a vacation or birthday, or any other event.  The base can be turned around to the back, which is blank, if you want to use the blocks daily as calendar blocks.  Each block is 2".




Here are some other design options.  (you can click the picture to make it bigger)  If you sign up by email, please let me know the name of the design you would like.

*Since the blocks are being ordered online, you may contact me to purchase additional blocks to make more of this project on your own, or to make any other projects that use 2" blocks.  This will save you paying for shipping charges.  If you wish to purchase more blocks, they are $0.70 per block.  I will be ordering the blocks on August 3rd.  It is your reponsibility to pay for additional blocks ordered by that date.  I will not be sending out reminders for payment.  Additional blocks ordered may not be brought to Super Saturday to complete.
Menu Board
Cards for the board are not included.  You can make your own using 3x5 cards, regular paper, or make some on your computer--which is what I did.  Everything else you will need will be provided.  If you have scrapbook paper that you want to use for this project, you may bring it and use it.  (Like, if you are picky about wanting it to match your kitchen or look a certain way, like me :) )  However, bringing your own paper is not required.  Scrapbook paper will be provided for everyone to use.
*The word "Menu" is vinyl lettering.  If this is a project you would like to make more of on your own, it will be possible to buy extra vinyl for $1.00 each.  If you would like extra vinyl, please contact me.

Super Saturday

This post below is for last year's (2010) Super Saturday.  Please do not confuse it with the current above post for Super Saturday 2011.



Our Super Saturday is going to be on August 21st from 9:00am-3:00pm. Here are the projects we will be making. The last day to sign up and also to pay for your projects is: August 8th. The sign up sheets are available outside the Relief Society room following Sacrament Meeting. You may also email me your orders and I will sign you up. My email is cheriewebb at live.com



Photo Magnet Boards
Cost: $4.30
Estimated completion time: 20-30 minutes + drying time
Due to where I am getting the boards from, orders for these are due by this Sunday, July 18th. I can take emailed orders until Wed. July 21st.
